Daniel is a Lawyer based in Perth, Western Australia. He is admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia.
Daniel is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, The Criminal Lawyers Association of Western Australia, the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of Western Australia, The Humanitarian Group, The Western Australia Chinese Chamber of Commerce and is on the management committee of Murdoch University SCALES Community Legal Centre Inc.
In 2009 Daniel was co-winner of the Murdoch University Amnesty International Human Rights Prize for his work on this multi-media salute to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Flash Required).

Daniel is multi-lingual. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien. He also understands Bahasa Malaysia.
