Daniel is a Senior Practitioner based in Perth, Western Australia. He 'respects and acknowledges that he works on the land of and is surrounded by a sense of belonging, both ancient and contemporary, of the world's oldest living culture' 1.

Daniel is admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. He is a Nationally Accredited Independent Children’s Lawyer representing children's interests in the Family Court and acting as a Separate Representative in Care and Protection proceedings in the Children’s Court.

Daniel is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, The Criminal Lawyers Association of Western Australia, the Family Law Practitioners' Association of Western Australia, The Humanitarian Group, The Asian Australian Lawyers Association and is a member and was on the management committee of Murdoch University SCALES Community Legal Centre Inc from August 2014 to April 2018.

On 22 February 2018, Daniel was named the inaugural Asian Australian Lawyers Association Inc (WA) Young Lawyer of the Year. You can find out more about this event at Lawyers Weekly.

In 2009 Daniel was co-winner of the Murdoch University Amnesty International Human Rights Prize for his work on this multi-media salute to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (Flash Required).

Daniel is multi-lingual. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Chinese dialects including Cantonese and Hokkien. He also understands Bahasa Malaysia.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Legal Studies and is currently a final year law student at Murdoch University School of Law.

Beyond his work at CKG Legal, Kevin is active in the wider legal, student and sporting communities.

In 2014 Kevin worked with the Employment Law Centre of WA (ELC) to provide their initial Social Impact Research Project. The project contributed crucial insights into the Centre’s delivery of service to their clients and the framework developed remains integral to ELC’s current day activities.

In 2019, Kevin was the Sports Representative for the Murdoch University Student Law Society.

Kevin also regularly volunteers at the Citizens Advice Bureau Infoline.

In his spare time Kevin plays ice hockey and has completed the Ice Hockey Western Australia (IHWA) Level 1 Coaching Course.

Kevin is bilingual. He is fluent in English and Romanian.
